Because I suppose that this page is read by people in Australia, who know who Mr Ross is, I would like to use this opportunity, to ask those people, to bring to Mr Ross this urgent message.
If Mr Ross claims he did nothing wrong, ("Mr Ross categorically denies any wrongdoing in the case under discussion") then he can not have any objection, to come forward and answer the questions of the authorities in Honduras.
It would being the best if he goes to the police in Honduras and he tells the truth overthere..
By constantly keeping aloof and let nothing hear of him, his whole story is unreliable and this case will haunt him all his life and not help him. Otherwise he shows that he is not able to bear big responsibility.

BE A HONEST MAN and help the family Mast and your own family.

People in Holland want to know what really happened, they do not believe his fairytails, here a another message to Mr Ross in a quote from a dutch blog http://kantjewoord.wordpress.com/:

You will never be really happy, and you will never be really free. So speak up, and if you did something terrible to Mariska, get it off your chest and clear your conscience. Accept punishment, realizing that Mariska s family is sentenced for life. Your time in jail is limited. You have a choice. Tell us NOW!"

BRITISH TELEGRAPH (aug 2008): Staff at the school said they were "horrified" by his situation and described Mr Ross as a "great guy".
I found it really incomprehensible and absurd that everyone believed Mr Ross, including the famous Dutch crime reporter. It was this journalist who finally had to post and admit that he was wrong and said: it was a masked murder. Masked Why? Because it was not allowed to present in the (Australian) press what really happened and as this misfortune would continue as an ACCIDENT. This started already with the misleading and bad news in the British Telegraph.
BRITISH TELEGRAPH: He told* police that Mariska Mast, a 23-year-old Dutch tourist, collapsed suddenly on his bathroom floor at around 3am last Friday after they had gone out drinking.
Only in this sentence there are three falsehoods and besides that, * = there is no written statement made by Ross himself. Everyone (except me, the prosecutor and others) believed him at his word. Moreover, it appears from official statements that this story is not true at all. There had to be done a second (real) autopsy to obtain the truth about the cause of death of Mariska. An autopsy without corruption.

Mr Ross used the korean girl (and certainly others) to spread the story, including the so-called CPR assistance. What and who is behind that? Mr Ross certainly knew himself what he had done and therefore he escaped from Roatan. Also he denies that and again misleading news was published in the newspaper (and again he used others to do that for him):
WEST AUSTRALIAN (aug 2010): "Mr Ross is not a fugitive. In August 2008 he appeared in front of a judge in Honduras and made a statement outlining his actions. Mr Ross believes that subsequently all charges were dismissed and he was told by the judge he was free to leave the country." Following legal advice from his legal representatives in Honduras, Mr Ross left the country six days after the incident using the same passport that he entered on - his British passport."
There can be proved that this is not what he believes, the judge didn't write him that he was allowed to leave the island. He even had to handover his British passport to the British Consul Matt Harper. Ross knew that (and his Honduran lawyer) because he actually signed the decision of the court himself and this was reaffirmed by the court to Ross himself and the British consul. After he ignored that order and he had fled to Singapore and ended up on Interpol, he was warned in Singapore one year later that his Korean roommate was arrested (even she had ignored her Interpol warrant) and fled back to his hometown Sydney, knowing that Australia would protect him with that crazy law. Meanwhile he became father(?) himself and so he wanted to start a new life, he fled again from Sydney to Perth.

On TV the journalist Peter R. de Vries showed with a hidden camera the footage taken of Ross, his girlfriend (?) and his parents (?) who were preparing a moving to another place. Someone who is on Interpol and moved from Sydney to Perth is indeed a fugitive for the world, even you live in Australia. His Honduran lawyer has tried to withdraw twice the alert on Interpol.

That Ross did not like that there were talks about him on the Internet was demonstrated by a post on an Australian forum. This post have been removed very soon from the Internet. Indeed, his trial should be taken place in the courtroom and not on a forum, but by saying in the paper "Perth man denies wrongdoing over death" he demonstrate that he despise justice and that is wrong, very wrong.

It is a fair comment by Guus on a public site. People has the right to know the truth that's why it's here:
To the administrator Steve of all the free Jisoo sites / Mr Ross / Jisoo / Jihi / Herbert / Uncle Jisoo /Kim / family Ross / family Jisoo / family Herbert / Coconut Cult /etc, I know you all read the articles on this site (Free Jisoo).
I am Guus, Mariska was and in my heart always will be my lovely niece. I want you to share my thoughts about the terrible death of my niece Mariska.
Of course we were shocked when we heard the first time of the terrible accident that happened to Mariska. When it was an accident, we could have start giving this a place in our hearts and minds and this site Free Jisoo would never exist. However facts from official parties in Honduras showed a total different view on the death of Mariska. This in combination with the fact that Mr Ross and Han Jisoo never contacted the family of Mariska by e-mail, telephone, letter etc. makes for us the death of Mariska, not by falling to the ground, but murder, very difficult to see it another way. Also after some time they never contacted us. Why?
Of course we respect the fact that nobody is guilty until proven.
Mr Ross and Jisoo were there at the final moment of Mariska. They talk about trying to save the live of Mariska and this site Free Jisoo shows a long story about this. Well you all understand that when this is what really happened we had to thank Mr Ross and Jisoo for being there. But never, we could talked about this with Mr Ross and Jisoo because they did not contacted us. No, Mr Ross disappeared. Well place yourself now in our place, what would you think than?
You know, Mr Ross thanked his friends for support at the Coconut Cult Facebook site, just some days after he disappeared from Roatan. But never contacted the family of Mariska, why?
Do you know those sites Free Jisoo were not necessary? In december 2008 I had contact with Jisoo through Facebook. I told her that time that there was an INTERPOL WARRANT for her and Mr Ross. So she had to know already from that time that when she would travel by airplane there is the risk of arresting by Interpol. I told her that time that she better could contacted Interpol why there was that warrant for her because she thought she did not do something wrong. So ignoring the warrant results in arrest by Interpol, as simple as that.
In my conversation with Jisoo she was telling me: perhaps Mr Ross did something wrong.
Perhaps Mr Ross used the kindness of Jisoo for what he did wrong and Jisoo was at the wrong time at the wrong place? I don t know. Mr Ross and Jisoo holding the key. Where is Mr Ross? So I hope you understand things must come clear for all of us. What happened exactly that night? Why did Mr Ross disappear? Why is Mr Ross not supporting Jisoo in jail? Why is Mr Ross not helping Jisoo to come out of jail? Perhaps the authorities in Honduras has already the evidence together for the trial? What I know is that the truth always will prevail. Mariska has always worn a helmet
during her adventurous and
sometimes dangerous trips .
Her last life night with Dan Ross was certainly not an adventure, but afterwards it would been better
that she had worn a helmet aswell.
Without that helmet a crack in her skull was the result! It is truly an astonishing and shameful explanation that the two suspects both Dan Ross and Jisoo Han has always declared that it was an accident! How they dare to say that! Shameful too, that so many believed that invented story! I wonder, really wonder what's behind that? It is almost obvious that there must be corruption or bribery! It is really horrible, that after such a tragedy people can walk free as if nothing has happened.
